Recipe Fried Vegetables


First:

Make a cut lengthwise around the pit of avocado with a knife blade. Twist avocado to separate halves. Strike pit with a knife blade and remove it. Peel the skin off and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Slice onion crosswise into rounds of 1cm(0.4 inch) thickness, and attach toothpicks to each round to stick together.

Peel and cut carrots into bite-sized pieces.

Remove seeds and white stuff like cotton, cut into bite-sized pieces.


Second:
Mix flour, beaten eggs and water of , dip vegetables in it, crumb breadcrumbs, and fry in 170 degrees C<338 degrees Fahrenheit> frying oil until brown.

Serve in a plate, and taste with preferred sauce.
