Onigiri Rice Balls with Green Leaves
Wash vinegar crestfallen briskly with water, squeeze and cut into small pieces. Crestfallen can be substituted with daikon radish or turnip leaves.
Add pickled crestfallen to rice and mix.
Wet hands with water and sprinkle salt. Scoop rice and mold into onigiri rice balls; coat with nori seaweed.
