First:

Cut sliced cheese into four evenly.

Step 1

Cut toasted seaweed into four evenly.

Mix well, adjust water to make adequate thickness.

Preheat the frying oil into 170 degrees C<338 degrees Fahrenheit>.

Mix the ingredients of until it get sticky.


Second:
Paste norino tsukudani (seaweed salt-sweet preserves) on toasted seaweed, put 1/8 of sliced cheese each. Put on the edge, fold the toasted seaweed making triangle, and stick well.

Step 1

Dip #1 in , put in frying oil until it get tasty color, and drain oil.
