Recipe Vegetable Sticks with Miso Dip with Nuts

Customize miso with your favorite nuts.
First:

Chop off both ends of cucumber and cut into sticks.

Step 1

String celery and cut into the same size as cucumber.

Peel carrot and cut into the same size as cucumber. Parboil briefly and soak in water to cool.

Roast mixed nuts in frying pan until aromatic and chop coarsely.


Second:
Put ingredients for the except the mixed nuts in heat-resistant bowl and blend well. Loosely cover with plastic wrap, microwave for 1 minute and mix well. Add roasted mixed nuts and further blend well. Cooking time is for 600-watt microwave.

Arrange vegetables on plate and serve with (1).
