Recipe Rolled Pork and Scallion


First:

Mince scallions coarsely. Place in a bowl and mix well with the . If dry, add sake.

Spread pork slices on cutting board. Sift flour lightly over it using a tea strainer. Spread seasoned chopped scallions in the center and roll pork around it.

Lighly coat the rolled pork prepared in (1) with flour and secure the end of the roll so it will not open up.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place rolled pork from (2) in the pan with the end of the roll facing down. Brown evenly rolling them in the pan.

When brown, add ingredients and stir-fry until the sauce is all absorbed. Place on serving dish.
