Recipe Rice with Steamed Salmon

Easy to make with microwave
First:

Remove skin and bones of mildly salted salmon and cut into strips by slanting the knife; soak in sake.

Step 1

Cut trefoil into 2 cm(0.75 inch) long pieces.


Second:
Put rice and soy sauce into heatproof bowl; mix with rice paddle.

Step 1

Place cut salmon pieces on dish; cover with saran wrap and cook in 600 watts microwave oven for 3 to 4 mins.

Step 2

When salmon is cooked, sprinkle trefoil and place on dish.

Step 3

Place scattered sushi on dish and garnish with strips of nori seaweed and omelet strips.
