Tomato Salad

Recipe Tomato Salad

Rich with lycopene, good for beautiful skin.
First:

Rinse tomatoes in water, remove stems, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Step 1

Remove stems from oba (green perillas), tear into small pieces, rinse in water and drain.

roast yakinori (toasted seaweed) over the fire shortly and tear into small pieces.


Second:
Mix dashi (basic stock) soup, soy sauce and onion in a bowl, add tomatoes, mix again, keep it cool until just before the meal.

Step 1

Mix Oba (green perillas) and yakinori (toasted seaweed), and serve on a plate.
