Tomato Salad
Rich with lycopene, good for beautiful skin.First:
Rinse tomatoes in water, remove stems, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Remove stems from oba (green perillas), tear into small pieces, rinse in water and drain.
roast yakinori (toasted seaweed) over the fire shortly and tear into small pieces.
Second:Mix dashi (basic stock) soup, soy sauce and onion in a bowl, add tomatoes, mix again, keep it cool until just before the meal.
Mix Oba (green perillas) and yakinori (toasted seaweed), and serve on a plate.
