Stir-Fried Pork
Fry over high heat for a successful stir-fried dish.First:
Cut pork into 4-5cm(1.5-2 inches) lengths, mix with sake, leave for more than 5 minutes and dust with cornstarch.
Cut onions into bite-sized wedges.
Peel carrots, cut in half lengthwise and slice crosswise into half-moon of uniform thickness.
Cut peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, cut into bite-seized pieces.
Cut cabbages into large cuts, rinse in water, and drain.
Mix the ingredients of
Second:Heat vegetable oil in a wok or a frying pan over high heat, cook pork and onions.
When the pork brown, cook and mix carrots, peppers and cabbages until tendered.
Add
