Recipe Beef Steak with Grated Daikon Radish


First:

Prepare steak meat in normal temperature, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Mix .

Rinse chingensai (pak choy), rinse in water, trim off the roots and cut into 4cm(1.5 inch) thin strips. Rinse kikuna (crown daisy) in water, remove strong part of stems, and cut into 3cm(1.2 inch) lengths. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, cook and mix chingensai and kikuna and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Slice garlic thinly, cook with olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. When it turns to light brown, drain oil.


Second:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, cook steak meat. Brown both sides, starting with the top side. Serve with stir-fried vegetables and garnish with fried garlic.

Mix ingredients of in #1 frying pan, bring to boil, remove from the heat, and pour over meat. Enjoy with rice sprinkle with yukari (minced salted and dried shiso leaves).
