Fried Rice with Cheese

Recipe Fried Rice with Cheese


First:
With a light and simple taste, it’s just the right dish when feeling a little hungry.


Beat egg adding a pinch of salt. Slice crab flavored fish cake into 1cm(0.4 inch) widths. Tear shiso (green perilla) leaves into small pieces.

Step 1

Heat 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Pour in the beaten egg, stir quickly and remove from the pan while it’s still half-done.

Step 2

Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in the same pan. Place lightly loosened rice and fish cake in a pan, and stir-fry. When everything is coated with oil, add green perilla leaves and bouillon powder and further stir-fry.

Step 3

Add the half-cooked egg in the frying pan and mix lightly. Scatter pizza cheese evenly over the rice. When the cheese begins to melt, season with pepper and turn off the heat.

Cover the frying pan with lid if the cheese doesn’t easily melt.

Step 4

Serve with shredded nori seaweed.
