Beef steak in a sushi roll! Rich in flavor with butter, yet refreshing with grated radish and watercress. It will certainly satisfy your appetite.

To make : Sprinkle sweetened vinegar over cooked rice and mix by cutting across it in a fast slashing motion. Then cool it on a large plate or a baking pan.
