Recipe Vinegared Cucumber and Wakame Seaweed


First:

Peel cucumber vertically with a peeler, slice crosswise thinly and rub with salt. Tendered, rinse in water and drain.

Put wakame in water to rehydrate and drain. Cut into large cuts if it’s too long.

Slice the sweet-vinegared ginger of thinly, and mix with other ingredients in a bowl.


Second:
Add cucumber and wakame in the , mix shortly, and serve on a plate.
