Wakame Seaweed and Cold Tofu
First:
Wash tofu (bean curd) lightly and cut into 4 pieces.
Soak dried wakame seaweed in water until it softens. Squeeze out water and cut into rough strips.
Roast peanuts in frying pan until aromatic and chop coarsely.
Second:Spread wakame seaweed (1) on plate and place tofu on it. Garnish with peanuts and sprinkle with salt and pepper on top.
Rub soy sauce into rehydrated wakame seaweed and dress with sesame oil.
