Recipe Fried Udon Noodles with Green Onions


First:
It’s simple stir-fried udon seasoned with soy sauce with lots of chopped green onions.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Put boiled udon noodles in, stir-fry loosening the ball of noodles by adding some water.

When using frozen udon, loosen the noodles in boiling water and drain well in a sieve to remove excess water.

Step 1

Pour soy sauce over udon and sir-fry evely dressing noodles with soy sauce. Add bonito flakes and further stir-fry.

Step 2

After adding bonito flakes and all ingredients are mixed well together, add chopped scallions and further stir-fry. Divide onto serving plates.

Step 3

Serve with mayonnaise and sprinkle shichimi-togarashi (seven-spice chili pepper).
