Recipe Pork Curry


Cut sliced pork into 4cm(1.5 inch) lengths.

Cut onion in half top to bottom and slice thinly lengthwise.

Peel and cut potatoes into thin strips and rinse with water.

Peel and cut carrots into thin strips of 4cm(1.5 inch) length.

Trim stems of fresh mushrooms and wipe with well squeezed wet towels and cut in half to 3 to 4 length.

Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove its sprout, and slice thinly.

Heat vegetable oil and garlic in pan over medium heat, after garlic flavor is spread, cook pork, onion, drained potatoes, carrots and mushrooms in this order.

When cooked thoroughly, add and mix curry powder thoroughly. Heat over high heat after adding demi-glace sauce, consomme powder and water. When it brings to boil, cover the pan and simmer. Mix thoroughly several times to avoid burning the bottom. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Serve rice in a plate with curry on top with preferred condiments.
