Stir-Fried Eringi Mushroom

Recipe Stir-Fried Eringi Mushroom


First:

Cut eringi mushroom lengthwise into 3-4 pieces and sprinkle with salt and coat with sake (Japanese cooking rice wine). (salt and sake used here are not listed in the recipe.)


Second:
Heat sesame oil in frying pan at medium temperature and stir-fry eringi mushroom to brown. Add and stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed.

Arrange on plate and sprinkle with powdered sansho (Japanese pepper).
