Recipe Baked Potato


First:

Wash potato well with its skin on. Wrap each potato with plastic wrap and microwave for 7 – 8 minutes. It is ready if you can easily poke with a bamboo skewer. If it is still hard, heat a little longer.

Preheat the oven at 250 degrees C(482 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10 minutes. (Or grill potato.)


Second:
Wrap well-cooked potatoes with aluminum foil and bake in oven at 250 degrees C(482 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10 minutes.

Cut an x on the surface of each foil-wrapped potato. Let the potato stand with the x-cut facing up. Place butter in the cut and serve.
