Tofu and Onion Miso Soup

Recipe Tofu and Onion Miso Soup


First:

Cut tofu into bite-size pieces.

Cut onion into thin slices.


Second:
Place dashi broth in a pot and cook over high heat. When it comes to a boil, add onion. When onion is soft, add tofu. Then put miso and soften it in the broth to dissolve.

Just before it boils, add chopped leeks and turn off the heat. Pour soup in a bowl and serve.
