Recipe Grilled Rice Ball with Leek Miso Sauce


First:

Take freshly cooked rice and divide into 6-8 portions. Wet your hands, put a little bit of salt on your palms and rub together. Mold into flat triangular shape.


Second:
Place a lightly oiled frying pan over low medium heat. Place rice balls flat on the pan and grill. Gently turn it over once the bottom is lightly browned. Brown both sides.

Coat the flat sides with and grill both sides in an oven toaster until light brown. Arrange on dish garnished with your favorite tsukemono (pickled vegetables).
