Tofu and Cabbage Miso Soup
First:
Cut tofu into bite-size pieces.
Rinse cabbage in water and cut into the same size as tofu.
Second:Place dashi broth in a pot and cook over high heat. Once it comes to a boil, add cabbage.
When cabbage is soft, add tofu. Put miso and soften it in the broth until dissolved. Add chopped leeks. Turn off the heat. Pour the soup in a bowl.
