Recipe Stir-Fried Shrimps and Nira (Chinese Chives)

Enjoy the eggs half-cooked or in your preferred doneness.
First:

Shell and devein shrimp, rinse in water, and cut in half.

Rinse nira (Chinese chive) in water, trim off the root, cut into 3cm(1.2 inch) lengths.

Heat remaining vegetable oil in the #1 pan over medium heat, cook shrimp, as it turns red, add nira (Chinese chives) and cook shortly.

Step 2

Add ingredients of , as mixed well, return #1 eggs back to the pan, mix shortly and serve on a plate.
