Plum Rice

Recipe Plum Rice

Konbu seaweed-the secret ingredient
First:

Wash rice and drain at least 30 minutes before cooking.


Second:
Put washed rice into rice cooker and pour in water to desired level and mix in konbu seaweed tea. Place pickled plum on top and turn on rice cooker.

Step 1

When rice is cooked leave for 10 mins. Remove pickled plum and gently toss rice.

Step 2

White sesame seeds may be sprinkled at this point or after putting in rice bowl.
