Recipe Grilled Salmon


First:

Sprinkle king salmon with salt. Cut harasu (belly) into even size and sprinkle with salt.

The best way to sprinkle salt evenly is to hold salt with your hands and sprinkle from between your fingers from 30cm(12 inch) above the fish.


Cut lemon into even 4 pieces.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees C(482 degrees Fahrenheit) for 12-15 minutes.


Second:
Heat vegetable oil slightly on cooking grill in the 250 degrees C(482 degrees Fahrenheit) preheated oven. Bake king salmon and harasu until it turns to brown. Serve in a plate with lemon.

“Harasu” is the belly meat which is rich in fat and tender, same for “toro” part of tuna.
