Enjoy the hot and soft potato slices sauteed in soy sauce based sauce.
First:

Rinse potatoes with skin on in water, wrap softly with plastic wrap. Heat it in a microwave for 3-4 minutes, turn and heat for another 3-4 minutes until tender enough to be skewered smoothly by a skewer. As for microwave, use 600W.

Slice potatoes crosswise into rounds of 1cm(0.4 inch) thickness, sprinkle with salt and pepper and dust lightly with flour.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, put potatoes side by side and cook both side until it is browned.

Step 2

Add , cook by dressing it. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with ao-nori (green-seaweed flakes).
