Garlic Octopus Rice

Recipe Garlic Octopus Rice

Lots of garlic to help you build your stamina.
First:

Lightly wash octopus arms and wipe off excess water. Cut into thin slices.

Step 1

Chop garlic and long white leek into fine pieces.

Cut perilla leaves into 1 cm(0.4 inch) wide strips.


Second:
Heat cooking oil and garlic in a frying-pan over medium heat. When you start to smell garlic, add octopus slices and chopped leek, and stir-fry over high heat.

Step 1

Add rice into the pan and stir-fry loosening the lump. When evenly mixed with other ingredients, add soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Transfer to a serving dish. Scatter perilla leaves on top.
