Recipe Tri-Colored Bowl (Minced Chicken, Egg and Cucumber Bowl)


First:

Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar and salt and mix.

Slice cucumbers diagonally into 3-4 thickness, and slice it thinly.


Second:
Put minced chicken with and mix well, and heat over low-medium heat. Stir with 4-5 cooking chopsticks, when browned, add and stir again until almost all the sauce is almost gone.

Cook . Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, pour beaten eggs, stir, and let it cool.

Arrange chicken and on hot rice in bowls and sprinkle with cucumber, red ginger, and shredded dried seaweed.
