Minced Beef Steak

Recipe Minced Beef Steak


First:

Sprinkle salt and pepper on minced beef while it is still in the commercial pack. Spread a sheet of plastic wrap on flat space, turn over the minced beef on the wrap. Place a sheet of plastic wrap over it and divide beef into four. From over the wrap, shape each portion of beef into a patty and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cut water boiled bamboo lengthwise into 4-8 wedges.

Rinse cherry tomatoes in water and remove its stems.

Take beans out from pods of soramame (broad beans), and boil in salted hot water for 1 minute. Drain in a sieve to cool, then peel.


Second:
After the bamboo is browned, take it out from the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan and cook cherry tomatoes until their skin starts to break. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil in a clean frying pan over high heat and place the minced beef patties. Brown both sides. Reduce the heat to low, roast in a covered pan for 2-3 minutes to cook the inside.

Take meat out of #3 frying pan, add ingredients of and bring it to boil.

Serve #3 grated beef steak in a plate with #1water-boiled bamboo, #2 tomatoes and cooked soramame, and add hot #4 sauce on top. sprinkle with peppers and kizaminori (shredded dried seaweed) to taste.
