Recipe Tofu with Avocado and Crab Sauce

Tofu with a luxury of crab meat.
First:

Drain tofu lightly, cut into quarters.

Make a cut lengthwise around the pit of avocado with a knife blade. Hold Avocado from both sides with both hands and twist it to separate halves, remove seed, take out the meat, cut it into 1cm(0.4 inch) cubes, and mix with lemon sauces.

Mix avocado, crab (with juice) and ingredients of in a bowl.

Serve tofu in a plate, pour #1 on top of it.
